Life Maintenance offers a holistic blend of Massage Therapy, Yoga lessons, and Wellness Coaching. Kari Nelson, Principal of Life Maintenance, has been practicing and studying holistic body therapies for over 12 years. Recognizing the multitude of healing opportunities available, Life Maintenance provides a solid foundation that supports each individual in their path of healing. We believe that through understanding ones own view of wellness, steps can be taken which dramatically affect positive change in and around our life.
